Cotinus 'American Smoketree'
This large upright shrub may also be grown as a small tree. Great fall color with leaves turning magnificent shades of yellow, orange, red and purple. The beautiful gray to gray-brown bark becomes scaly as it matures. Prefers limestone (alkaline) soils and good drainage.
