Shop Talk: Allan Armitage on His Facebook Live Garden Walks, and a New Perennials Book

The coronavirus pandemic has not stopped Greenhouse Grower Contributing Editor Allan Armitage from sharing his love of plants and gardening. Better yet, it hasn’t stopped plant lovers from seeking out their favorite varieties and digging in the garden themselves.

Allan recently sat down for another Shop Talk video with Greenhouse Grower Editor Janeen Wright to share the success of his recent Facebook Live Garden Walks. As he notes, “The popularity of these videos has confirmed what we as an industry all know: We are essential.”

In the same video, Allan and Janeen take a closer look at the upcoming release of a revised edition of Allan’s “Herbaceous Perennial Plants,” considered by some to the bible of perennials information.
