Cleary Hires Two New Technical Sales Representatives

Cleary Chemical announced the hiring of two new technical sales representatives: Brian Daniel, and Justin Horlacher.  Daniel will serve Cleary’s turf and ornamental customers in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Horlacher will cover Cleary’s Pacific Northwest territory, which includes the turf and ornamental market segments in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Montana.

Daniel comes to Cleary from LakeRidge Country Club in Lubbock, Texas where he was the golf course superintendent for the past 21 years. He has been in the golf turf business for 34 years and served as a regional superintendent overseeing 72 holes for seven years.

Additionally, Daniel is a certified golf course superintendent, past president of the West Texas Golf Course Superintendent’s Association and served on the board of directors for the Lone Star Golf Course Superintendent’s Association for eight years. His earned his turf degree is from Western Texas College in 1982.

Brian currently resides in Granbury Texas with his wife Janiece. They have two children, Dylan and Lauren.

As for Horlacher, his last position was technical sales representative with Pace 49. He covered the ornamental market in 20 states. Prior to that, he was a distributor rep for Western Farm Service. He received a degree in crop and soil science from Oregon State University in 2001.

Horlacher has 10 years of experience servicing the turf and ornamental market and resides with his wife Heather in Ridgefield, Wash.
