North Creek Nurseries, Inc., announced the appointment of Rob McHale, who will join the North Creek team as sales manager. McHale will oversee horticultural and ecological sales activities and programs, as well as build distribution channels and implement the strategic sales plan.

McHale comes to North Creek with 17 years of experience in sales and business development. Most recently, he served as national business development manager for the Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) division of Wells Fargo Insurance. There, he was charged with developing and managing a sales team to grow market share. Previously, McHale served as regional sales manager for Syngenta and Hines Horticulture, Inc.
