Jackson & Perkins Sold

Harry & David Holdings has sold its Jackson & Perkins division to two unaffiliated buyers for an aggregate of $49 million. Founded in 1872, Jackson & Perkins is the nation’s largest marketer and producer of premium rose plants and the master licensee for Suntory’s vegetative annuals in North America.
