New LiveRoof Rep In Northwest

LiveRoof and GreenFeathers have appointed Jenny Ruthven as regional sales representative for its green roof system.

Ruthven has a background in green roofing, greenhouse operations and stream ecology. She holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Oregon State University, where she double majored in fisheries and wildlife science and horticulture with a focus on environmental landscape design. She has also studied naturescaping and rain garden design.

“In the green roof industry, the sales process is technical and consultative. It requires communication and coordination with building and landscape architects, general contractors and roofers,” says Grace Dinsdale, founder and president of Blooming Nursery and GreenFeathers. “Jenny’s knowledge and hands-on experience designing and installing green roofs will serve our customers well.”
