Emerald Coast Growers Offers Updated Guide on its Newest Varieties

Ornamental growers now have access to the latest market trends, industry demand, and new variety introductions with the release of Emerald Coast Growers’ 2017-18 Resource Guide.

This year’s guide features new varieties while maintaining Emerald Coast’s signature ornamental grass program and expanding its perennial plants line.

Notable introductions include an Emerald Coast Growers exclusive: Calamagrostis xa. ‘Lightning Strike,’ with foliage featuring broad central stripes of creamy-white, edged in green. In addition, the company continues to feature new short-day Echinacea and infertile Pennisetums. In total, the guide includes nearly 100 new varieties.
