More than 300 annuals and perennials were on display at the trials, where the OSU trials team, led by trials manager Pam Bennett, are evaluating landscape and container performance in typical Central Ohio locations. The Columbus, OH, displays are one of two locations hosting OSU trials, the other being roughly 50 miles to the west.
After a challenging year in 2020, with virtually no visitors and a limited staff to tend to the gardens, Bennett says she’s excited for the chance to rebound in 2021.
Watch for a complete evaluation of the trials later this year on GreenhouseGrower.com. In the meantime, check out the slideshow above for a taste of what was on display.
