Jennifer Mowery
Jen Mowery is the Program Lead for the Master of Science in Project Management at Harrisburg University, where she brings agile leadership, digital transformation, and immersive technology into the classroom. A seasoned educator and practitioner, she bridges academia and entrepreneurship as the founder of Orbit Bowls and Bites, a mobile superfood trailer promoting plant-powered wellness. Her research focuses on innovation and project-based learning. Jen is passionate about helping the next generation of project managers think boldly, act sustainably, and lead with purpose. In her off time, you can find her in her backyard greenhouse.
