National Garden Bureau Now Accepting 2024 Therapeutic Garden Grant Applications

National Garden Bureau (NGB) is now accepting applications for its 2024 Therapeutic Garden Grant program. The deadline for submission is July 1, 2024.

This garden grant program was launched in 2014 by NGB as a philanthropic effort to support the development of therapeutic gardens. Additionally, all garden grants are made possible by fellow NGB members, including American Meadows, Ball Horticultural Co., and Sakata Seed America.

NGB is proud to continue our annual Therapeutic Garden Grant program to sponsor the growth of therapeutic gardening across North America. Gardening is a great tool of healing for so many and we understand the importance of the grant program to allow for these programs to flourish and grow in our communities,” says National Garden Bureau Past President Nick Pucci.

National Garden Bureau’s judging committee will select five gardens to be recipients of a grant to help continue and/or expand their goals, initiatives, and operations. The five gardens will then compete by submitting a one-minute video detailing the garden operations that will be voted upon via social media. First place and second place awards will be presented, with the remaining three recipients highlighted as runners-up. All five recipients will also be featured on NGB’s website for increased exposure.
