The Northeast Greenhouse Conference offers the opportunity to choose from more than 40 educational sessions from nationally known speakers, an exhibit hall featuring up to 80 vendors, and a chance to obtain nine pesticide recertification credits.
This year’s conference will also feature a welcome reception on “What’s in Store for 2022,” with a panel discussion regarding current supply chain issues. The keynote speaker is John Kennedy, a professional green industry speaker, strategist, and author who, over the last two decades, has been building and delivering business sales, service, and success strategies.
Here are just a few other major discussions to expect:
- Three industry experts will offer educational sessions on using greenhouse biological controls.
- A focus on cannabis, where attendees can expect to learn more about stock plant production, optimal light use, common pest and control options, and more.
- Business management advice, including how to deal with each generation of gardeners, applying lean practices to your business, and mitigating the madness of the spring season.
- A closer look at perennials production, including using plant growth regulators, improving irrigation strategies, and disease management tools.
