2014 Field Trials Results: Colorado State University (Fort Collins, Colo.)

Colorado State University (CSU) tests approximately 1,029 varieties with 74 genera represented. There are 524 in-ground trials, 465 container trials, 249 propagated by seed and 780 vegetative.
Trial Manager James E. Klett says the trials experienced more moisture than usual during July and August. There were no temperatures over 100˚F, and first frost occurred on September 12, which is early for Fort Collins.
