University of Florida to Host Virtual Vegetable Field Day

UF Virtual Vegetable Field Day compact vegetableThe University of Florida (UF) Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences is hosting a virtual field day on Jan. 20, 2021, that will focus on cultivar evaluation of compact vegetables for patio and indoor gardening.

The event is designed to provide greenhouse growers with information on new compact tomato, pepper, and cucumber cultivars for patio and indoor gardening, while gaining tips to produce great plants for the booming food gardening market in 2021. Presentations will be given by UF researchers as well as industry plant breeding specialists.
