HIP Labels Hires Industry Veteran Chris Copeland as New General Manager

HIP Labels, LLC, of Greensboro, NC, has announced the hiring of horticulture business veteran Chris Copeland. As General Manager, Copeland’s expertise and experience in operations and logistics will raise the bar in HIP’s mission to provide customers with the highest quality plant-label goods and services.

Working closely with the HIP team, Copeland will play a key role, strategically and tactically, in developing and executing efforts that build on the HIP Labels’ reputation for innovation and solutions. His extensive connection to and knowledge of the horticulture industry will be a tremendous resource in working directly with current and new clientele.

Copeland brings a long and successful track record of executive oversight and management to HIP Labels. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at Metrolina Greenhouses‘ York Facility, working with the company from 2013 to the present. From 2001 to 2013, he was employed by Layman Nurseries, Inc. as General Manager and Costa Layman as Director of Perennial Sales.
