“Hardy makes the point that scaling isn’t about piling more on. It’s about subtraction. Every layer of complexity adds dead weight and pulls you off course. Less is more. His Frame–Floor–Focus model nails it:

Frame → bold goals that define what really matters
Floor → cut what doesn’t align
Focus → channel energy into the handful of things that truly scale.”
