Presented by Dudley Nursery and part of the Garden Debut Series by Greenleaf Nursery, beautiful double bi-colored red and pink blooms adorn this medium-sized shrub (Hibiscus syriacus ‘DS04PS) from mid to late summer. It matures at 8 feet tall by 4 feet wide, growing upright with green, serrated leaves. It easily adapts to various soil types, pHs, drought, pollution, etc. Best in Zone 5.

Presented by Hackney Nurseries and part of the Southern Living Plant Collection, Nandina ‘Flirt’ (Nandina domestica ‘Murasaki’ PP21391) reaches 1 to 2 feet in height at maturity. Stunning, deep-red new growth accentuates its evergreen leaves. ‘Flirt’ has superior color through the summer, unlike similar varieties.
Award judges were impressed by the quality and assortment of Pack’s B&B material. In spite of complexities of handling B&B at retail, the impressive size, quality, and assortment could help build a “We will install it for you” program at retail.
