Shop Talk: How Federal Agencies Are Easing Regulations on Hemp

Last week, Greenhouse Grower reported on the USDA and DEA coming to an agreement to drop the Interim Final rule requirement that all hemp potency testing for the 2020 season must be undertaken at a certified DEA lab.

The announcement came as welcome news to hemp growers, as it clears up a lot of the confusion around how the testing process would work once in place.
