Your Chance to Include Hemp in Coronavirus Food Assistance Program Funding

USDA’s Farm Service Agency is still considering which crops and commodities will be eligible for funding through the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP). Hemp is one of the crops under consideration, and the U.S. Hemp Growers Association (USHGA) is making things easy for hemp growers to weigh in with their thoughts.

USHGA has prepared a draft letter that growers can use. Send an email to [email protected] for a copy of the letter. Once you have completed the letter, click here to submit it to the USDA.

Don’t wait, though. All comments must be submitted by June 22.
