Must Have Perennials Announces Welcomes and Promotes New Personnel

Must Have Perennials (MHP) has announced the promotion of Paul Gooderham to the role of General Manager, as well as the hiring of Laura Wagner as Senior Product Manager. Gooderham will continue to work out of his office in the United Kingdom, and Wagner will work out of the Green Leaf Plants office in Lancaster, PA.
Gooderham has been with MHP in various roles for the past 25 years and brings an unparalleled knowledge of perennials and the European nursery market. He will bring this knowledge and experience to work with breeder clients and licensees.
Gooderham will be supported by Wagner, the newest addition to the MHP team, bringing more than 20 years of perennials experience. She has worked at several of the MHP licensees and has sales experience within the industry. She will be a valuable addition to the team and provides the depth to have a strong presence in the North American and European markets.
As the Senior Product Manager, Wagner will be the North American representative for MHP. She will organize the trials out of the Green Leaf Plants office and work with licensees and breeders. She will also manage the supply chain for the efficient worldwide introduction of MHP introductions, as well as assist in the development of marketing materials for MHP varieties.
