Horticultural Research Institute Debuts New Survey to Guide Industry Research

The Horticultural Research Institute (HRI), as part of the AmericanHort Foundation, is looking to gain insights from growers in the industry about the most pressing plant health and production challenges they are experiencing and worried about for the future. Using those insights, the HRI hopes to better align its research efforts with the needs of an ever-changing industry to provide up-to-date, reliable, and relevant information to its readers.
In accordance with those aims, the HRI has designed a brief survey to learn about critical issues affecting industry professionals. This feedback and expertise will help to guide and inform the institute’s strategy to better leverage federal funds and address current challenges that growers face in the field.
HRI is asking for participation in the following survey by Sept. 30, 2024, to ensure its research initiatives are both relevant and impactful to its audience and their shared mission to the betterment of the industry.
