More and more consumers are looking for food they can grow on their porches, balconies, or kitchen tables. PanAmerican Seed’s Kitchen Minis Collection was developed a few years ago in response to this growing trend.

During the 2023 California Spring Trials, PanAmerican Seed’s Josh Kirschenbaum showed off the latest addition to Kitchen Minis: snack-size cucumbers that are ready to pick in five weeks.
