HilverdaFlorist, Dümmen Orange Discontinue Exclusive Licensing Agreement for Potted Dianthus

There was an important development this week regarding the licensing agreement between HilverdaFlorist and Dümmen Orange. For several years, the companies’ collaboration has been instrumental anchored in the production and sales of unrooted cuttings for the potted Dianthus series, including Sunflor, Beauties, Olivia, Odessa, and Kahori, within the North America market.

However, due to strategic considerations, both companies have made the decision to discontinue the exclusive licensing agreement as of Feb. 1, 2025. Dümmen Orange will continue to offer its Dianthus series Rock, Ciff, and Péman.

The availability of the HilverdaFlorist potted Dianthus series at Dümmen Orange will remain guaranteed until the aforementioned date. HilverdaFlorist will continue offering the Dianthus assortment in partnership with Green Leaf Plants, based in Pennsylvania. Green Leaf Plants is already a trusted source with HilverdaFlorist for the product of the Dianthus Flow Series.

Effective Feb. 1, 2025, the potted Dianthus series Flow, Sunflor, Beauties, Olivia, Odessa, and Kahori will be fully available at Aris-Green Leaf Plants, through preferred brokers.

Both HilverdaFlorist and Dümmen Orange are committed to ensuring a smooth transition during this period of change.
