Emerald Coast Growers has fortified its Central Florida sales force with the hiring of Katy Furnas.

Florida-based Emerald Coast Growers has expanded its sales team with the addition of Katy Furnas, an experienced horticulture professional with more than a decade in the industry.

Furnas, who grew up working in the family foliage nursery, has a career that includes time in sales management and lead sales for Ag 3 Inc., a tissue culture liner operation in Eustis, FL.

Stationed in Central Florida, Furnas will spend time traveling to customers’ locations, attending trade shows, conducting presentations and talks, visiting Emerald Coast Growers’ Pensacola and Lancaster facilities, as well as providing support for broker sales reps and customers.
