2017 Louisiana State University Field Trials Results

This summer’s Southern grower trials experienced unseasonably cool weather, but the plants still thrived. Consumer panels topped off the week, providing valuable insight for suppliers, growers, and their retail customers.
Cultivate’17 attendees had a chance to visit the annual and container trials at The Ohio State University to see how some of the newest plant introductions are performing. Here’s some of the new plants that stood out.
The Florida Nursery Growers and Landscape Association’s Florida Flower Trials, which are focused on new and improved varieties able to thrive in the extremes of Florida’s climate, are a great opportunity to connect with national breeders.
