2023 Top 100 Greenhouse Growers: The Complete List

The ebbs and flows of the ornamentals market over the last few years have led to a sense of uncertainty among growers in the industry. After all, it’s tough to plan ahead when you’re unsure where consumer demand might fall.
Perhaps that’s why two-thirds of the operations on Greenhouse Grower’s 2023 Top 100 Growers list maintained the same square footage of production as they had in 2022. However, that tide could turn to more growth a year from now. In our Top 100 Growers survey for this year, and in follow-up phone calls and emails with several growers on the list, many told us they were planning for expansion — some major — heading into 2024.
Of those growers who did not take the status quo route, 25 increased their production in 2023, while only nine companies reduced their production.
Each year’s Top 100 survey includes a theme, and this year’s focus was technology.
