Harrison Downing
Harrison Downing is a graduate of Indiana University and joined the BEST Human Capital team in the fall of 2020 after spending five years growing a microbrewery, craft distillery, and gastropub brand throughout Indiana.
Harrison excels at talent assessment, client engagement, business development, and empathizing with all perspectives when hiring. He firmly believes that “shortcuts today lead to shortcomings tomorrow.”
Passionate about the green industry, Harrison has authored several articles for major industry publications and is a member of AmericanHort. His favorite hobbies are collecting sports cards and memorabilia, and caring for his three dogs, two city kitties, and a bearded dragon.
