McHutchison has added Don Golema as its new Southern California sales representative.
Golema has more than a decade of experience in business development and enterprise account management across the precision agriculture and emerging technology sectors. Most recently, Golema supported the horticulture lighting segment with Philips Lighting and Signify, where he worked closely with growers and industry partners to advance innovative solutions for horticulture production.

Golema recently started with the company, although many people in the horticultural industry have already met him, as the McHutchison team just toured numerous southern gardens in Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina. The trip allowed him the opportunity to meet vendors, learn the business, and get acquainted with many customers and team members right away.
Golema is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in project management. Working at McHutchison, he will be based in Santa Barbara, CA.
