Ridder has announced a new integration with Quantified, a provider of wireless greenhouse sensing technology for professional horticulture. The integration enables growers to connect Quantified’s wireless sensor data with Ridder’s process automation solutions, bringing critical data together in one central platform.

Improved Crop Performance and Grower Decisions

Quantified’s sensor portfolio gives growers detailed insights into climate, plant, and rootzone conditions, including substrate moisture, drain, weight, and plant temperature. Through integration with Ridder, this data becomes available in the Hortimax Plus and Hortimax Pro climate computers, giving growers a more complete view of greenhouse conditions. This helps them better understand crop and fertigation performance, identify deviations, and make more informed growing decisions.

“Growers want the freedom to choose the technologies that best fit their operation and have them work together,” says Jorge Gonzalez, Product Manager at Ridder. “By connecting Quantified’s sensor data with Hortimax, we make it easier to bring crop and root-zone insights together with the data growers already use to manage their greenhouse.”

Connections for Growth

The collaboration reflects Ridder’s long-term vision of enabling an open and connected greenhouse ecosystem. By bringing together automation, sensor intelligence, data, and future innovations within one ecosystem, Ridder empowers growers to optimize production, improve resource efficiency, and make every growing decision with greater confidence.
