A Look Inside DGI Propagators’ Color-Packed Trial Gardens
DGI Propagators in Hudsonville, MI, has been producing young plants for more than 50 years, offering longtime greenhouse staples alongside newer genetics from breeders across the industry. During the 2026 Michigan Garden Plant Tour, that breadth was on full display across the trial grounds, where individual varieties shared space with large-scale combinations and creative presentations that made the stop especially fun to explore and photograph. Click through the slideshow for some of the highlights from my visit.
