Plug Connection’s Two New Coprosmas

Two new coprosmas are in Plug Connection’s Kia Ora Flora line: ‘Lemon Lime’ and ‘Pina Colada.’
‘Lemon Lime’ offers glossy variegated leaves and a finished height of 3 feet. Suitable for small pots or downsized landscapes, this shrub is also a unique element in a mixed container. ‘Lemon Lime’ offers foliage that will show a tinge of pink as cool fall nights set in, and it prefers full sun to partial shade.
Fresh from New Zealand, ‘Lemon Lime’ is versatile and excellent in 4-inch quarts or gallons. It grows best in Zones 8-11.
‘Pina Colada,’ meanwhile, boasts golden leaves that shift to shades of orange when nights cool down and a mature height of 4 feet. This shrub is fast growing, deer resistant and it does best in fertile, well-drained soil. ‘Pina Colada’s shiny, colorful foliage will brighten any garden, landscape or container. It is suitable for quarts or gallons and grows best in Zones 8-11.
