Aris Horticulture, formerly Yoder Brothers, is selling its growing facility located in Pendleton, S.C., near Clemson University–halfway between Charlotte and Atlanta along the I-85 Corridor. The facility is being professionally maintained by Aris and is listed with McCoy-Wright Realty.

The 56-plus acre property includes: 9-plus acres of greenhouses, 6.3 acres of total growing area (including outdoors), a 100-percent water recapturing/treatment system (with 2.5-acre lined pond), complete back-up systems and nearly 75,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.
