Ag-Tech Company AgriFORCE Expands With Tissue Culture Company Acquisition

Deroose PlantsAgriFORCE, an ag-tech company focused on the development and acquisition of crop production expertise, has entered into an agreement to acquire Deroose Plants, one of the largest tissue culture propagation companies in the world with a strong position in horticulture. The announcement comes shortly after the acquisition of Delphy by AgriFORCE.

Deroose Plants Group is a global supplier of young plant material. Deroose and its subsidiary Exotic Plants produce a large variety of plants in their laboratories and greenhouses in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. A team of more than 800 people services customers both with young plants and finished plants globally.
