Ken Lane, President, Hathaway & Lane Direct, will take a close look at the factors impacting the future supply chain. As Lane notes, supply chain leaders need a forward-facing view to be prepared to navigate the networks in which future supply chains will operate. He will discuss factors that will converge and impact the future supply chain to help business leaders take necessary action to capitalize on the opportunities that lie ahead.

Following Lane will be Craig Reynolds, the new Operations Manager at Hoffman Nursery, who will offer tips on managing your supply chain for change.

“My hope is that attendees will see the immense value in inspecting, pulling apart, and questioning their organizations,” Reynolds says. “That’s the best way to build a future where they’re successful and able to meet new challenges. I also hope they’ll better understand global logistics and how the green industry can benefit from applying its principles.”

Lane will also return to the GROW Executive Summit stage for a closer look at strategic planning.
