Welby Gardens Names Top Selections From Its Trial Gardens

Welby Gardens, an exclusive grower of Hardy Boy Plants, works closely with breeders, brokers, and universities around the country and important industry leaders to produce and test the newest and latest in plant genetics. For 26 years, Welby has conducted extensive field and container trials to evaluate the latest breeding of new products.

This year, Welby Gardens tested more than 900 varieties in its trial gardens.

“We are proud to introduce new annual and perennial varieties every year, keeping us on the forefront of the green industry and in close contact with breeders around the world,” the company says.
