Lettuce ‘Chicarita’ (Johnny’s Selected Seeds)
'Chicarita' is an open mini romaine with a crunchy texture. This variety is slow to bolt and tipburn tolerant. High resistance to downy mildew races EU 17, 18, 22, 24, 25, 29, 30, 33, 35; Nasonovia ribisnigri aphid; and intermediate resistance to lettuce mosaic virus MT0-30. This lettuce take 35 to 45 days to reach hydroponically grown, full-size heads.

Lettuce ‘Dorian’ (Rispens Seeds, Inc.)
'Dorian' is a green Batavia-type lettuce for baby leaf production. It has a bright-green color, is early maturing, and has shown good production in all seasons. ‘Dorian’ has high resistance to downy mildew (Bl) races 16-20, 22-24, 27-28, and 30-32EU. Conventional seed is available as untreated.

Lettuce ‘Taboo’ (Sakata Seed America)
'Taboo’ has dark burgundy leaves with deep-green ribs that are a smooth oval shape at the top coming to a slightly serrated point at the base. The plants and leaves are uniform.

Swiss Chard ‘Celebration’ (Sakata Seed America)
‘Celebration’ is a multi-colored chard with dark green, glossy leaves and vibrant petioles with a rainbow range of colors in red, pink, yellow, orange, and white. Early color and uniformity make ‘Celebration’ a microgreen variety for fresh market growers, home gardeners, and specialty markets.

Mustard ‘Miz America’ (Sakata Seed America)
‘Miz America’ is a red mizuna mustard hybrid with uniform leaf color, shape, and size. ‘Miz America’ was bred to produce early and maintain its deep, dark red color on both sides of the leaf. An upright plant habit and thick leaf decreases damage from harvesting. ‘Miz America’ has a mild taste compared to typical mustards — not bitter or spicy.

Lettuce Bistro Blend (Seeds By Design)
This blend is a mixture of loose-leaf lettuce and Batavian varieties. Each variety is chosen for its sweet flavor and thick leaves that can stand up well in a microgreen salad. The colors in the blend range from red, bronze, dark green, to bright green.

Radish ‘Sango’ (Seeds By Design)
This variety's leaves are purple-green with a deep-purple stem. Radish microgreens are crunchy and taste just like radishes. 'Sango' reaches 3- to 4-inches tall, and its color intensifies as the temperature cools.
