Eason Horticultural Resources ID’s Plant Favorites in New Guide

Eason Horticultural Resources has released its new EHR 101 guide, which offers a journey through the 2023 plant trial season and thoughts from the Eason team on the most outstanding new variety introductions. Previously known as the EHR CAST Report or EHR New Varieties Lookbook, the new name reflects the fact that while this is the 19th year Eason has been reporting on new varieties, the recommendations come from both California Spring Trials and other trial sites across the country.

The guide includes favorite plants and the teams that bring them to the market.

“Compiled by EHR sales reps and the office team, we select new plants across all breeders to bring you an objective opinion on what we feel are some of the best new genetics to be introduced,” says the Eason team in a press release. “Over the years we have very much enjoyed this journey, and we invite you to come along.”

At the end of the summer season, Eason will release an update on these new items, including any overlooked varieties.
