Little Leaf Farms Hosts Virtual Opening of its New Lettuce Greenhouse

Little Leaf Farms ExpansionLittle Leaf Farms, a New England-based producer or greenhouse-grown lettuce, is hosting a virtual grand opening for its new state-of-the-art greenhouse in Devens, MA. The company, which opened its doors in 2016 and expanded from 5 acres of growing to 10 acres this fall, has pioneered a new and unique way to grow lettuce hydroponically with greater efficiency and innovative sustainability using pure sunlight and captured rainwater to grow fresh lettuce under glass year-round in New England.

The event, which takes place on Oct. 29 at 12:00 p.m., includes a virtual tour of the greenhouse, a fireside chat with Little Leaf Farms CEO Paul Sellew, salad tips and recipes with Lexi’s Clean Kitchen, cocktail/mocktail creations inspired by Little Leaf Farms with Chris Kiertz, an exclusive salad recipe download from Joanne Chang, giveaways, and coupons.

Little Leaf produces more than two million packages of lettuce each month, and has broadened distribution of its greens to stores across New England and into New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and throughout the East Coast.
