Plant Association Adds Board Member

Darrell Ades joins the San Diego County Flower & Plant Association’s board of directors. Ades, son of Chuck Ades, is the general manager at Ades & Gish Nurseries, an indoor blooming and potted foliage greenhouse operation.

The association’s officers now include:

–President Susan MacFarland, Valley View Nursery
–First Vice President Todd Ingham, Kendal Floral Supply
–Second Vice President Michael Kent, Kent’s Bromeliad Nursery
–Treasurer Gregg Warren, American AgCredit
–Secretary Gregg Oppgenorth, The Plug Connection

Completing the board are Chris Johnson of Norcal, Rich Ouellet of EuroAmerican Propagators and Melissa Main of John Henry (Carlsbad).
