Changes At Fides

Two key employees at Dutch flower breeder Fides have left the company.

President Rene le Clercq resigned citing a difference of opinion as the reason. He was with Fides for 14 years, serving 12 years as president. One of his achievements was transferring production to overseas facilities in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania.

Owned by Kirin Agribio Europe, Fides breeds and markets chrysanthemums, kalanchoes and vegetative annuals.

At the Costa Rica location, Adalberto Rodriguez has left his position in marketing. He has become a consultant specializing in graphic design and managing events. Fides will continue to be a key client.
