Registration Now Open for the 2026 Ohio Floriculture and Nursery Conference

Hosted by the Department of Horticulture and Crop Science at The Ohio State University, the 2026 Ohio Floriculture and Nursery Conference will be held on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026. This one-day event will be held at the Controlled Environment Agriculture Research Complex (CEARC) with both in-person and online attendance available.

The 2026 Ohio Floriculture and Nursery Conference

The Ohio Floriculture and Nursery Conference brings together the top national and international experts in the field to explore the latest in sustainable greenhouse and nursery crop production. This year, the latest in ornamental research will be delivered in a series of fast-paced flash talks by undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral scholars who will highlight their findings.

• Dr. Michelle Jones of The Ohio State University — “Using Microbial Biostimulants and Novel Plant Growth-Promoting Bacteria to Improve Fertilizer Use Efficiency for Greenhouse Ornamental Production”
