6 Lessons All Business Owners Learned in 2020
2020 has been a crazy year, and for many business owners — including those in the controlled-environment industry — it was full of hard lessons. Many were forced to look at the way they do business and interact with their team.
For some, it was a year of growth as they found themselves in a prime position to serve their customer base during quarantine. This was true for many in horticulture this year. Others found themselves having to reinvent the way that they think about their business in order to serve their customers safely.
