Eason Horticultural Resources (EHR) and ForemostCo, Inc. have announced the following additions to their marketing and sales teams, respectively.
Chris Bergs Named Director of Marketing at EHR
Chris Berg joins EHR as Director of Marketing, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across horticulture marketing, brand development, retail account strategy, and industry partnerships.
Throughout his career, Chris has built and led marketing programs for some of the most recognized names in horticulture, including EuroAmerican Propagators, Dümmen Orange, Altman Plants, PlantHaven International, and dozens of horticultural brands through his work at BlueSkye Creative. His background spans breeder relations, grower and broker engagement, national retail programs, and consumer-facing brand development, with direct experience supporting major accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart, as well as independent garden center networks across North America.
He also serves on the Board of Directors for PlantHaven International and previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Garden Bureau, bringing a strong understanding of both the commercial and strategic sides of the industry.
Chris has built brands, launched national programs, developed sales tools that strengthen broker and grower success, and created vendor partnerships that drive measurable growth. His experience includes leading brand integration for global horticulture companies, developing retail merchandising and licensing programs, and aligning marketing strategy with long-term sales performance.
At EHR, Chris will focus on strengthening marketing strategy, supporting the sales team with new tools and programs, expanding retail and vendor partnerships, and helping position EHR for continued growth across North America.
Alice Tomasello Named East Coast Territory Manager at Foremost
Alice Tomasello was recently welcomed to the Foremost sales team as East Coast Territory Manager.
Based in New York, Tomasello brings a background in high-volume purchasing and finished plant sales, along with a lifelong connection to horticulture. She will be working closely with customers to provide practical, hands-on support as they plan and grow their programs.
Foremost grows tropical starter plants from its farms in Florida, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.
