Grower to Grower Podcast: Why You Should Attend AmericanHort’s Plug and Cutting Conference
Greenhouse Grower’s Grower to Grower podcast brings you real conversations with the voices driving the future of floriculture. In every episode, we connect with the growers, leaders and innovators who are shaping smarter operations, sustainable growth, and breakthrough strategies. From advanced technology and next-gen plants to business challenges and changing consumer patterns, we dig into what it really means to grow.
AmericanHort’s Plug and Cutting Conference is an every-other-year event that dives deep into young plant production, and is a must-attend gathering for anyone involved in this part of the supply chain. In this week’s episode, I’m joined by Rachel Rawls and Alejandra Feliciano from AmericanHort, as well as Ivan Tchakarov and Juan Ponce of Metrolina Greenhouses, to talk about this year’s program and what attendees can expect to learn. And because the conference will be held in Philadelphia, we also talk about history. And cheesesteaks (my personal suggestion is Tony Luke’s, but feel free to weigh in below).
You can listen to the episode here, or you can find it wherever you listen to podcasts. We hope you enjoy it!
