McHutchison Adds Two Data Specialists to its IT Team

McHutchison has added two experienced data specialists to its organization.
Aidan Blanco is the new Software Developer for McHutchison. His background is in the software development life cycle, object-oriented languages, BI and large language models (AI). Blanco will be taking on the NA PowerBI initiative as his first project with McHutchison. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University. Blanco will be based in Chesapeake, VA.
Taylor Gentry is a Business Data Integration Specialist for McHutchison. She has proven experience in data governance, ERP management, and a track record of supporting system transitions, data cleanup, and vendor catalog accuracy. Gentry will strengthen the company’s data foundation, which ultimately will help to grow its digital capabilities. Prior to joining McHutchison in this full-time role, she performed contract work with various teams inside the company. Gentry will be based remotely in Boise, ID.

JumpLights Appoints Matteo del Ninno as Chief Operating Officer

JumpLights has announced that Matteo del Ninno has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. The move follows del Ninno’s 10 years of service to JumpLights in technical roles. He most recently served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer and will continue to be based at JumpLights’ Maryland headquarters.
“We’re excited for Matteo to take on the COO role,” says JumpLights’ CEO John Peeler. “He has made tremendous contributions to JumpLights’ growth over the years and is ideally suited to lead JumpLights’ operations moving forward.”
Del Ninno is a lighting and horticulture industry veteran, skilled engineer, and experienced entrepreneur who co-founded JumpLights in 2016. He has a Master of Science in Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering from Iowa State University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
“I’m thrilled to be taking on another exciting opportunity here at JumpLights,” says del Ninno. “In this new role, I’ll have even more opportunity to help our customers and our company grow.”
JumpLights Hires Ankur Bansal as Director of Operations and Supply Chain
JumpLights also recently hired Ankur Bansal as the company’s new Director of Operations and Supply Chain. Bansal will lead JumpLights’ manufacturing and sourcing strategy and will be based at the company’s Maryland headquarters.
Bansal joins JumpLights with extensive experience steering high-impact procurement, sourcing, and operational strategies across global manufacturing and advanced product sectors. With an engineering foundation from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and an MBA from Northeastern University, he is positioned to spearhead JumpLights’ operations and supply chain as the company scales its high-performance product portfolios.
In this role, Bansal will optimize production, procurement, and logistics for JumpLights’ flagship lines and upcoming product launches.
