In tandem with her role as an entomologist, Pettis will be providing technical support to the Pacific Northwest region of the country. Dr. Gretchen Pettis has already been a critical part of BioSafe’s research and development team, educating growers about the biological control of pests and the beneficial uses of other insects to the same end. She has been a key partner in constructing effective pest control programs across all divisions, especially horticulture, using sustainable bioinsecticide products to protect crops without harmful residues. Her knowledge continues to support BioSafe Systems’ mission as a new Technical Representative to the Pacific Northwest region of the country.
