Valent Names New Company President

Michael Donaldson has been named president and CEO of Valent U.S.A. Corporation. He previously served Valent BioSciences Corporation as president and CEO, but he’ll oversee both businesses in North and South America in his new role.

During his time as president and CEO of Valent BioSciences Corporation, Donaldson helped the company grow through business and product acquisitions, the introduction of new products and technologies, and the management of product life cycles for many existing base products.

Before joining Valent, Donaldson held various technical and business leadership positions. His appointment means openings have been created for executive vice president and CEO for both Valent U.S.A. and Valent BioSciences.
