Crop Protection Company Envu Has a New Head of Ornamentals

Envu recently named John Price, an innovative leader with more than 20 years of experience, as head of U.S. Turf & Ornamentals. Price joined Envu from SBM Life Science, a leader in consumer products for lawn and garden care, where he served as the North American head of marketing and innovation. He officially joined Envu earlier this month.

“With a proven track record of building and leading high-performing, innovative teams, John is an important addition to the Envu U.S. team,” says Mark Schneid, Head of Commercial Operations, Americas, for Envu. “He has a passion for delivering value and serving customers, particularly in this segment. He will make a tremendous impact on our organization and people across the industry.”

Price has served in leadership roles for several companies including The Hershey Company, ScottsMiracle-Gro, Barbasol, and SBM Life Science. He has extensive experience leading teams in sales, marketing, and innovation. A St. Louis, MO, native, John earned his BA from DePauw University and MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
