Sym-Agro Expands Product Lineup With New Distribution Agreement

Sym-Agro, a California-based crop protection company, has announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Asfertglobal, a leader in the production of biostimulants, biocontrol solutions, and crop stress management. The agreement gives Sym-Agro the sole rights to sell Asfertglobal’s line of high-quality, zero-residue products in the Western U.S.

Asfertglobal produces biocontrol solutions and stress mitigation products based on the use of micro-organisms originating from natural resources. The goal is to offer growers the potential for higher yields and superior quality crops, while reducing maximum residue levels and environmental concerns.

“This partnership allows two companies who share similar values and goals to work together to bring the best effective and innovative solutions to growers in the Western U.S.,” says Sym-Agro President Peter Bierma. “We at Sym-Agro are looking forward to being able to offer customers a new line of products to help them solve agronomic challenges.”

The first product to rollout will be Eckosil Shield, a cuticle enhancer that provides an internal shield to help plants manage potential stress.
