Top 100 Growers Continuing to Invest in New Building Projects
October 13, 2022 The success of 2021 that allowed many of Greenhouse Grower’s Top 100 ornamental growers to invest in either new structures or retrofit projects appears to have continued this year. In Greenhouse Grower’s Top 100 Growers survey from earlier this year, we asked our audience if they are planning to invest in new or retrofitted structures and coverings this year.
The table below indicates that the responses between 2022 and 2021 were virtually identical. In fact, like last year, the only uncertainty revolves around supply chain concerns. As one grower noted, “We are planning to make some moves, but you know how plans go.”
