BioTherm developed a one-of-a-kind automated machine to produce Roll‘N Grow by bonding various types of heating tubes to different materials: black or white weed barrier for floor production or open mesh for bench applications. Roll‘N Grow is US made in BioTherm’s own Cotati, California, location.

Set up is easy. Simply roll the mat out on the floor or bench. Then, connect the manifolds and supply and return lines to a hot water source and pump. A soil probe thermostat controls the system based on media temperature.

Roll‘N Grow mats come in multiple sizes – one optimized for bench applications, and one that’s ideal for floor production areas. It comes standard in 12-foot master rolls, but BioTherm can customize it to match your floor or bench needs.
